Thanks for checking out our Vermont log cabin.
Our family bought the cabin in 2021, and we’re only its second owner. The previous couple lived in the home since it was built in the ’80s. It’s a genuine log cabin, and the old owners maintained it meticulously. That said, a lot of it was still stuck in the ’80s and ’90s, and we’re spending the first few months at the cabin renovating it, via tackling DIY projects, and with the help of an awesome contractor.
We’re updating the kitchen, loft space, flooring, paint, basement, powder room, lighting, deck, and all the furnishings.
We do use the cabin as much as we can, but we have three small children, Wells, Penn (hence the cabin’s name) and Lucy, and dog (Abby, a black lab) so we can’t get up there every weekend. When we can’t, we’re inviting select guests to stay at our home. We’re excited to share our space, because we feel like it’s such a special place and we’re proud of what we’ve done with it.
If you choose to stay with us, we hope you enjoy our home, and treat it like it’s your own.
